This website, coastaltwistedhippie.com (the “Site”), is operated by Coastal Twisted Hippie (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting the Site or purchasing from it, you agree to the terms below.

1. What We Sell

We sell digital design files for use in compatible printing and crafting workflows, including Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing. Only the file formats listed in each product description are included. No physical products are shipped. Your purchase gives you a license to use the files as described below, not ownership of the artwork.

2. Digital Delivery

Files are delivered digitally after successful payment. Refer to your order and download notifications for access instructions. Please download and back up your files promptly. Any download limits depend on the purchased product’s delivery settings. If you have trouble accessing your files, email hello@coastaltwistedhippie.com or use our Contact page. Include your order number and the email address used at checkout.

3. License and Permitted Use

When you purchase a design, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license subject to the following Commercial Use Terms:

You may use purchased Coastal Twisted Hippie designs and individual elements for personal projects and to create and sell finished physical products, such as T-shirts.

You may not sell, resell, share, give away, or redistribute the designs, individual elements, or digital files in any digital form. This includes digital downloads, clipart, templates, bundles, and altered or combined versions of the artwork.

You may sell the physical products you make, but you may not claim the artwork, design, or individual elements as your own original work. Purchasing a file does not transfer ownership of the artwork. These terms apply to every included design and element, including when used separately or incorporated into another design.

4. Prohibited Use

In addition to the restrictions above, you may not claim the artwork as your own or register it as your trademark or copyright; resell or distribute the clip art itself as a standalone digital product, clip art pack, or template, even if slightly modified; use the artwork or files to train, fine-tune, or develop AI or machine learning models; or use the designs in any unlawful, defamatory, or hateful way.

Violating these terms ends your license immediately, subject to applicable law, and we may pursue legal remedies. Refund rights remain subject to our Refund Policy and applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, graphics, text, logos, and other content on the Site are owned by Coastal Twisted Hippie or used with permission and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved. Any third-party names, brands, or trademarks that appear are the property of their owners, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

6. Refunds and Returns

Because digital files cannot be returned, purchases are final once the files have been delivered or made available for download, except as outlined in our Refund Policy or required by applicable law. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations for a change of mind, accidental selection of the wrong design, or incompatibility with software or equipment when the requirements were accurately disclosed in the listing.

If your download link is missing, your file is corrupted, you receive the wrong file, or an advertised file is missing, please contact us with your order number, a description of the problem, and screenshots if available. We will help restore access or provide a corrected or replacement file. If we cannot resolve a verified issue, or the product materially differs from its description, we will provide an appropriate refund. Verified duplicate purchases of the same digital product may also qualify for a refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider. This notice does not limit any cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

7. Printing Results Disclaimer

Print results depend on your printer, inks, film, heat press settings, garment, and color profile. Colors on your screen may look different from the final print. We cannot guarantee any specific print result and are not responsible for wasted materials, misprints, or damaged garments, except where required by applicable law. We recommend a test print before a full production run.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the Site and all files are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted, error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coastal Twisted Hippie is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost sales, or lost data, arising from your use of the Site or the files. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue. These limitations do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Payments and Privacy

Payments are processed by third-party providers, and we do not store your full payment card details. Please see our Privacy Policy for how we collect and use personal information.

11. Changes

We may update this notice. The “Last updated” date above shows the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance, subject to applicable law.

12. Governing Law

This notice is governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Jackson County, Mississippi, subject to applicable law.
